Every screen in your building, run from one page.

Queued plays slides, photos and video on the TVs in your office, lobby or restaurant. Plug a small player into each screen, type the code it shows, and your staff can change what is playing without calling anyone.

Four screens, four different slides. Try the button.

Sample screens with made up names and times, shown to explain the idea.

What it is built to do

Different content per screen, or one playlist for a group

The lobby gets its own slides. The six screens on the second floor share one playlist. Rooms keep their screens together so you change a group in one place.

Schedules that end on their own

Run the lunch menu from 11 to 2 on weekdays, or a welcome slide only on the morning of a visit. When the window closes, the screen returns to its normal playlist.

Event mode for every screen at once

A conference day, a fire drill, a room change. Put one message on every screen with one switch, then put things back with another. Staff can also add a photo or video from a phone.

Restaurants

Menu boards that follow the kitchen. Mark an item sold out in the system and the board drops it, so nobody walks to the counter for a dish you are out of. Upload a menu once and it shows on every board you pick.

Queued is planned to connect to Melk, ATERNA's restaurant point of sale, with kitchen screens for every station. This part is not built yet.

How it works

  1. Plug in the player

Connect the small player to the HDMI port. The screen shows a six letter code.

  2. Type the code

On the staff page, enter the code, name the screen and pick its room. The screen shows its name within seconds.

  3. Choose what plays

Pick a playlist for that screen or for the whole room. Changes reach the screen without anyone touching it.

What you need: one small player box per screen, any TV or monitor with HDMI, and a wired or Wi-Fi network. We will tell you exactly which player to buy. Staff sign in with an email address, no installs.

Where it stands

Queued is in beta inside ATERNA's own office. We are building it in the order below, and nothing in the second column is for sale yet.

Working now

  • Staff sign-in with an emailed code
  • Rooms and screens
  • Pairing a screen by its on-screen code
  • Online and offline status for every screen

Being built

  • Photo and video library, and playlists
  • Schedules and event mode
  • Phone upload for staff on the move
  • A ready-made player that boots straight to your screen
  • Restaurant menus and the Melk connection
